welcome

We are a state-wide organization for the purpose of improving animal welfare throughout West Virginia.  We provide an information network of animal issues and promote effective legislation on animal welfare, care, health, cruelty and neglect...  We need local humane societies and individuals to get involved to help us in our effort to improve animal welfare throughout West Virginia.

Tell us what your local humane society is doing to help the animals!!  Join FOHO as other groups have done to support statewide animal issues - together we can make it happen!

You can view the WV State Law on Animals in pdf file  (We have a small booklet of this WV Animal Law for purchase - $5.00- HSUS is paying for our first printing so the fee will cover the reprint and mailing - thank HSUS for helping FOHO and the animals of WV)
The Index to the WV State Law on Animals may be viewed also in pdf file
